JUNIOR WORKOUT COMPETITION (JOWM) 2025

A workout competition between schools in the state of Johor is held to foster athleticism and reward students who are active in sports at a young age.
  1. Participants must be male students aged 15-17 years old, healthy and fit for sports.
  2. Each school can only send 1 group representative which is 5 participants who are still in school according to the name of the registrant’s school.
  3. Registration must be done by a representative (teacher) through the school only.
  4. Participation is free and no participation fee is charged for each registration.
  5. Each group must go through exercises at all stations 1 ~ 5. The time given is 2 minutes at each station with a rest time of 15 seconds before going to the next station.
  6. The movement planning of each group member is according to the creativity of each group. Group members are free to change players as long as the 2 minutes given at each station has not expired. Participants have the right to choose any (2) of the two types of exercise given at each station according to their respective abilities.
  7. Winners will be calculated based on the total points accumulated for their group.

 

  1. Peserta mestilah pelajar lelaki berumur 15-17 tahun, sihat tubuh badan dan cergas berolahraga.
  2. Setiap sekolah hanya boleh menghantar 1 wakil kumpulan sahaja iaitu 5 orang peserta yang masih bersekolah mengikut nama sekolah pendaftar.
  3. Pendaftaran mestilah dilakukan oleh seorang wakil (guru) melalui sekolah sahaja.
  4. Penyertaan adalah percuma dan tiada sebarang yuran penyertaan dikenakan bagi setiap pendaftaran.
  5. Setiap kumpulan wajib melalui senaman di semua stesen 1 ~ 5. Masa diberikan adalah 2 minit di setiap stesen dengan masa rehat selama 15 saat sebelum ke stesen berikutnya.
  6. Corak perjalanan setiap ahli kumpulan adalah mengikut kretiviti kumpulan masing-masing. Ahli kumpulan bebas membuat pertukaran pemain selagi mana masa 2 minit yang diberikan disetiap stesen belum tamat. Peserta berhak memilih mana-mana (2) dua jenis senaman yang diberikan disetiap stesen mengikut kebolehan masing-masing.
  7. Pemenang akan dikira berdasarkan jumlah mata terkumpul bagi kumpulan mereka.
